Whilst everyone is filling up their social network pages with Steve Jobs’ 2005 Stanford Commencement Address, Casey Neistat decided to post up a different kind of video. Although the 2005 Address is a fitting tribute, Director Casey Neistat has posted a short film made in 2007 when he lined up for the release of the original iPhone, travelling from Amsterdam to New York City to do so. He spends the night in front of an AT&T store in Manhattan just to be the first in line when the store opened at 9am. Though he never thought to publish the film before, with the passing of Steve Jobs this week, he felt that it was the perfect time, including a few shots from the very sad scene outside of the Apple store in SoHo.
