I’ve been scoping around for a new watch for quite some time now. It’s almost becoming a bit of an obsession; I find myself browsing for hours upon hours (or window shopping as I’d like to call it – shout out to 50 Cent) through different online watch stores and blogs to find something that I don’t even know what I’m looking for. There’s so many different styles and models and it gets pretty interesting (or intimidating depending how you look at it) at how these so called watch-nerds review every spec and feature of something that’s simple as letting you know what time of day it is.
The main watches that I’ve been eyeing out are usually military or aviation inspired but one that has caught my eye is the Mutewatch. It looks more like something you’d find aboard the Enterprise starship with its sleek minimalistic design. The Mutewatch features are all activated by tapping the normally blank screen. When the alarm goes off, the Mutewatch vibrates to alert you based on your body movements – pretty crazy when you think about it. It’s all pretty technical and I’m pretty sure the video below will better explain this unique, product.
