Bolt On Cog Updates For The Good Old Fixie
I’ve been following closely in the past, as I run a disc hub with a 6 bolt disc cog on my fixie and totally love the idea of never stripping my hub. Le Pista Resistance updated me on the latest in bolt on cog design in the industry. Level Components had the right idea 5 years ago, when they started creating a hub from concept and hobby. The last news I heard was, in July, when I was outside the Kerin Cafe, Berlin and had a chat with a guy from Orange 20 Bikes who was mates with Scott from Level Components. He told me that they where in full production but were only distributing within the States. Recently released at the 2009 Eurobike show, Charge have created this 4 bolt hub system. With a light large flange design, it looks solid and comes in colour ways to match ur bike.
Charge Bicycles and components are distro through Monza Imports in Aust. You should be able to order them through any good bike shop from their list.
